Stats #10: Computing Simple Probabilities (incomplete)
Abstract: This class will teach you how to compute and interpret probabilities and how to apply the binomial and normal distributions. This class is useful for anyone who needs a basic understanding of probability. There are no pre-requisites for this class.
In this class, you will learn how to:
- compute and interpret conditional probabilities;
- compute probabilities involving independent events;
- compute probabilities from a binomial distribution; and
- compute probabilities from a normal distribution.
This class does not qualify for IRB Education Credits (IRBECs).
