Steve, Cathy, and Nicholas -- Steve's running log: Steeplechase medium loop (created 2012-12-16)

Steeplechase medium loop (about 5.4K). This is a variation on the Steeplechase short loop. I head out from my normal starting point of 148th Street near the Pavilions swimming pool. I run towards Mission Road and turn north. I continue on to 143rd and turn east. I run past Prairie Star Elementary and turn south on Windsor Street into the Steeplechase subdivision. Unlike the Steeplechase short loop, I continue on Windsor Street past Mohawk. It ends up at the same path that takes you into the northern edge of Ironwoods Park. Then I take the medium loop in the park, going past the ampitheater and the playground area before heading uphill and out of the park. Back on Mission Road, I head uphill on no brake hill, and turn west at 148th Street to return to the starting point.
