Church route (about 6.3 to 6.5K). This is the longest of my regular runs so far. I head out from my normal starting point of 148th Street near the Pavilions swimming pool. I run towards Mission Road and turn north. I head past the entrance to Ironwoods Park and continue a steep uphill towards 143rd Street. The run flattens out from here. I continue on Mission past Prairie Star Middle School and turn west as the sidewalk ends on 138th Street. I weave through several small streets to Roe Avenue. I turn north on Roe and turn in the parking lot for Church of the Resurrection. I run through this complex (this is a huge megachurch with acres of parking lots) to Nall Avenue. I turn south on Nall Avenue and run past Saint Michael the Archangel church. I cross 143rd Street and continue up a small uphill to 148th Street. This is the only regular run of mine so far that does not end up back at the normal starting point. It's a nice run because other than the early uphill on Mission and the late uphill on Nall, it is mostly flat. There's a similar route, the Church/137th Street route.
If you look closely at the route, you will notice that some of the runs take a slightly different path. That's why sometimes the run is 6.3K and sometimes it is 6.5K.
